This city must spend so much on lights. Buildings, riverside, all well lit at night. Mayor Plaza is the adjacent building to my office block and it is no exception. I have no idea when they switch it off at night, if at all. Welcome to the third world indeed.

Wow! that is a lovely sight to see. In Vegas, the lights never dim..it's amazing to look at.
This is what they call Light Pollution. You can't see the stars because of the light from the buildings.
