Actually thought the yellow blooms were over but discovered them all over again when I walked through Cubbon Park, from St. Marks Road, right up to Vidhana Soudha.

Bangalore has been called "the Silicon Valley of India", "Pub City" and "Garden City". What say you?

I discovered this tree-lined avenue in Electronic City a couple of years ago. About twice a year, the red flame trees would bloom in certain choice spot in the city and the sight is certainly stunning to say the least. I have added more blooms to the pic to give a better feel of what it is actually like to walk down this road.
