Bangalore has been called "the Silicon Valley of India", "Pub City" and "Garden City". What say you?I discovered this tree-lined avenue in Electronic City a couple of years ago. About twice a year, the red flame trees would bloom in certain choice spot in the city and the sight is certainly stunning to say the least. I have added more blooms to the pic to give a better feel of what it is actually like to walk down this road.

so beautiful! these flame of the forest trees used to bloom like that in Singapore 20 years ago.. in the 60s and 70s; when the climate was cooler, and rainfall more predictable.
Now, these trees are languishing and dying in singapore because the rainfall is unpredictable; and it is way too humid.
Added a few blooms? Hey, no photoshoppings, we want originals.. HA HA HA
