Dim Sum
...in an opulent setting... what else when China is concerned. The setting here is a converted theatre. Food stations on the stations on the side... On my Sunday excursion to Shenzhen.
Gosh... more food. I'm feeling kinda sick, having indulged in Bali and then coming back for lavish tea at Marriott today. Then Royce chox at work. There's still more of them... Help!!!!

I got fat looking at the timsum! but seriously, where else can one get mouth watering timsum other then in guangzhou or HK
You are probably right, esp. about HK. But I must say I still prefer char siew pau from SIN. They stinge on the char siew around here.
