Food that is. Went to Shenzhen on Sunday and dropped in at the largest mall there, Mix C. Was going to try out this theatre restaurant but they were booked for an event. So ended up with another Chinese restaurant. What else! Can't quite recall what region the cuisine was from, but it was yumms! The salmon sashimi and shredded cucumber wrapped in the thinnest pancake was especially exciting, accompanied with a dipping sauce that had no wasabi in it at all.

Wah the food looks so fresh, colorful and delicious, especially the salmon. *Growl*... hungry
The salmon roll looks good and the lotus shoot very interesting. Don't fancy the smoked duck tho - it looks raw!!
