Spring must be the season for it. Ben and Sarah recently moved from an apartment across the road from me into a house. Saturday was their housewarming. Lovely place; perfect for all the art pieces they have accumulated. They also inherited the previous tenant's cook of 11 years, who was especially handy on this occasion, whipping up some wonderful canapes and finger food to accompany our drinks. Loved the prawns.
The living room opened directly onto the lawn and the newly grown carpet grass was perfect for the impromptu picnic that some of us decided to have. The outdoor was the best antidote for the heat that has descended on to Bangalore.

I thought you made a typo when I saw the word 'Salmons'.
Oooh, I learnt a new word today, 'canape'. Hmm, how the heck do you pronounce it?
I did actually make a typo. Had to change from "Salmon's" to "Salmons'".
