Margaret came back from her loooonnng vacation on Monday. Of course Chris would be the most happy that she was back. But the rest of us were not far behind.Neo and Sharon have been doing an admirable job of feeding the greedy souls that make up the Singaloreans in the meantime. Now Margaret is back to provide even more delectable goodies to remind us of home. I for one am so grateful for the number of chefs we have in our midst.
Menu tonight: Nasi lemak with chicken wings, tempeh, otah, sambal eggs, mixed vegetables and of course the best condiment in the world, sambal chilli. A big thumbs up!

Wahh.. looks sinful arrr...!! I don't even eat like this and Golden Shoe is supposed to have the best nasi lemak! But what the heck, right? You only live once. Were the otah and peanut/anchovies bought or made?
