Soo Ra Sang

It wasn't exactly a birthday celebration for Hock Lum but it still was his birthday. He had already cut his cake last night and heard a rendition of the Cantonese birthday song heartily belted out. We should have at least asked Ms. Eom to sing him 'Happy Birthday' in Korean or plant a wet one on him.

With Geena and Thomas leaving on the 17th, and the various bits of travelling being undertaken by the various Singaloreans, I get a feeling that these get-togethers are going to be happening rather frequently.

Be it a birthday or watching Mars' approach to Earth, there will be plenty of reasons to raise a glass.

Ternasser will not be too pleased that we made another trip to Ms. Eom's without her. And the fact that we discovered another juicy titbit about her personal life. Apart from her penchant for mini skirts and lime green jackets, Ms. Eom has a son of school going age.

I think we all agree that the food at Soo Ra Sang is better than that at Hei Gum Kang. It's just that Koramangala is a relatively long way to travel, especially in peak hour traffic. So Ternasser, please don't hold your breath until our next visit.
