Why?
Why indeed. Just that I have always wanted to try this. See what its like to ramble on and on and if anyone out there is remotely interested.
Also just came back from this fab trekking trip to Mongolia and guess there are so many things from that trip that is worth sharing. One of which are the pictures that were taken on that trip. I think I finally have a better idea of how to use my camera. Hahaha..
This picture at dusk (almost 10pm actually) is probably one of the best pictures I have taken recently. The light and everything was almost perfect that I just pointed and shot.

Not just a nice photo, but one very appropriate to beginning a blog (or other enterprise).
I've been posting a melange of thoughts, rants, links, pix, quotes & assorted webbish objet trouve for <mumblety> years now and it seems to have helped me through some good & bad times. Ghu knows what effect it's had on any accidental readers who've stumbled across it.
Vow what a shot! I like it. Never been to Mongolia before. Perhaps one day...
